Hotel Rashmi Plaza (Opc) Private Limited is our small business located at Plot No. J-1 in Jayadev Vihar. If you know Bhubaneswar, you’ll know this is a pretty active part of the city. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person company structure, so things are kept very direct and simple here. We don't have layers of management or anything like that. When you deal with us, you're usually talking to the people who actually run the place. The hotel is situated in a spot that’s easy to find within Khordha. We spend our mornings checking people out and our afternoons getting rooms ready for the next arrivals. It’s a lot of physical work and constant attention to detail. Sometimes the laundry is late or a lightbulb goes out right when someone checks in, and we just have to jump on it. We don't spend money on big glossy brochures. We just try to keep the place clean and functional for whoever stays with us. The Jayadev Vihar area has grown a lot lately, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change. It’s a straightforward operation. We provide a place to sleep and try to make sure everything works like it's supposed to.
