You can find us over in Benagan, Gadasahi, which is part of the Kanas area. We operate out of a space owned by Sunil Jayasingh. Being out here means things are a bit slower and quieter than in the big city. We do research and training, which mostly involves a lot of reading and taking notes. The office is very simple. We have a few wooden tables and some benches. We don't have much in the way of high-tech gadgets, just the basics to get the work done. The air is a bit fresher out here, and we can see the fields from the windows. We spend our days working on various training modules and talking to the local people who come by. It’s a very grounded sort of place. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website team. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around the village. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things out by hand. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We drink our tea in the shade when it gets too hot in the afternoon. There isn’t a lot of drama here. We just follow our schedule and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical life, and we are quite content with the way things are set up in Gadasahi.
