Gltech Eduskills Private Limited is tucked away in the Housing Board Colony at Baramunda. Our address is L-296. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, so it feels very different from an office building. We like it that way because it is calm. People come to us when they want to learn new skills for their jobs or just to improve themselves. We have some classrooms set up inside the building. Most of our day is spent organizing these sessions and talking to the people who walk in. Baramunda is a well-known spot in Bhubaneswar, and being in the housing board area means we are easy to find once you get inside the colony. We don't spend money on big signs or loud music. It is just a quiet place where education happens. Sometimes the neighbors are out washing their cars or kids are playing nearby while we are inside working. It feels like being part of the community. We started this because we felt there was a need for practical skill training that wasn't too formal or intimidating. We just talk to people like normal human beings. There is a lot of paperwork involved in running a private limited company, but we try to keep that behind the scenes. Our main focus is just the daily classes and making sure everyone has a place to sit and learn.
