EKAIVA HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED

Ekaiva Hospitality Private Limited is based out of a unit in the PDN Exotica building, specifically C006. We are located in Panchasakha Nagar, which is over in the Khandagiri area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a growing part of the city, and there’s always some construction going on nearby. We handle hospitality services, which sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just make sure that the properties we look after are in good shape. I spend a lot of time on my scooter going between different sites in Khordha. The office in Panchasakha Nagar is where we do all the boring stuff like taxes and payroll. It’s not a large space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most of our clients come to us because someone they know told them we were reliable. We try to be honest about what we can do. If a pipe is broken, we say it’s broken and then we fix it. It’s a straightforward way of working. The heat in Bhubaneswar can be tough in the summer, so the office is a good place to hide out during the middle of the day. We’ve been doing this for a few years and have slowly grown as we learned the ropes. It's just us working hard.
