We have set up shop at Sub Plot No.-4/A in Star City, which is in the Patia area of Bhubaneswar. Patia is growing so fast these days that it feels like there is a new building going up every time you look around. We are DUSLAND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our day-to-day life involves a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure our resort plans are actually moving forward. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the heat in Bhubaneswar makes you want to just sit under a fan all day, but there is always a list of things to do. We handle everything from the initial site visits to figuring out where the plumbing should go. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is. Some days are good and everything goes right, and other days we are dealing with delays or stuff that did not get delivered on time. That is just the way it works when you are building things. We chose Star City because it felt like the right place to be grounded while we work on our resort projects. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a local business trying to build some nice places for people to visit when they need a break from their own busy lives in the city. It keeps us busy.
