BBB RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over at IDCO Tower on Janpath, right on the 5th floor. It is the same spot where a few other businesses are located, and it stays pretty busy from morning until evening. We go by the name BBB RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. Working in the resort business is a bit different from running a standard city hotel. We spend a lot of our time thinking about spaces where people can actually relax and get away from the noise of places like Bhubaneswar. Even though our main office is in the middle of the city, our minds are usually on the properties we manage elsewhere. There is always something that needs fixing or a patch of grass that needs watering. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the ground crews. It is not always glamorous work. Sometimes it is just arguing about the price of towels or trying to figure out why the internet is slow at one of the sites. We are not a huge corporation with a thousand employees. We are just a few people who like the hospitality industry and wanted to focus specifically on resorts. The weather in Khorda can be tough on buildings, so maintenance is a big part of what we do. We just try to keep things tidy and functional so that when people show up, everything is ready for them to just sit down and breathe for a while. It is a long day usually.
