You can find us at the BDA Colony in Chandrasekharpur, right in the MIG-1 section, Block-14. Chandrasekharpur is a big residential and IT hub in Bhubaneswar now, but our corner of the BDA Colony feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood. We are Ananya Housing and Resort Private Limited. We mostly deal with the practical side of housing and managing our resort interests from this office. It’s not a flashy corporate building; it’s just a standard block where we’ve set up shop. The area is pretty green compared to the rest of the city, which is nice when you’re working all day. We are just a local team of people who have been around this area for quite a while. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a desk with a lot of files and a computer that sometimes runs a bit slow. We handle everything from here, whether it’s talking to contractors or sorting out guest lists. It’s a lot of mundane work, to be honest, but it keeps the business moving. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. We just rely on being where we say we are and doing what needs to be done. It’s a quiet, steady way of doing things in a busy part of town.
