Anand Spices & Food Llp

Our place is located in Binkudia, Khurda, at the house of Smt Bishnupriya Barik. It’s a local setup where we handle spices and food products. If you walk by, you can usually smell the turmeric or the chili being processed. It gets into your clothes and stays there all day. Anand Spices & Food is a small operation, mostly just a few of us working with the grinders and the packaging. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines because the spice dust gets into every little corner. It’s dusty work, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big factory, just a simple space that serves our needs for now. Khurda is a place where people appreciate good food, so we try to keep things traditional. We aren't interested in making things look perfect for a catalog. We just want the spices to be right. Some days are slower than others, especially when the rains make everything a bit damp. We have to be careful about that. Our team doesn't use big words or fancy titles. We are just workers who know a bit about food. It’s a quiet life in Binkudia, away from the big city noise. We just keep the bags filled and the labels straight as best as we can. It’s simple work, but it keeps us going. I think we’ve been here long enough that the smell of pepper is just part of the furniture.
