Our office is located at House No-Lig-256 in Brit Colony, which is in the Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a quiet enough spot, tucked away from the busiest main roads of the city. We focus on construction equipment here in Orissa. The building is a regular house that we’ve converted into our workspace. It’s not polished like a high-rise office, but it serves our needs perfectly well for the work we do. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of the equipment business. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with clients and suppliers every single day. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep things organized. The files are often stacked up on the shelves and the computers are always humming. Sometimes we lose track of time when we’re deep into a project or sorting out a delivery issue for a client. Nayapalli is a nice part of town, and being in Brit Colony makes it feel a bit more like a community than just a business district. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know what we do and who we are. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to be helpful and get the job done. It’s a simple, practical way of doing things that seems to work for everyone involved in the business.
