Our place is at Hig-6/4 in the OSHB Colony, right in Phase-1 of Chandrasekharpur. Being in Bhubaneswar is a bit different from the plant sites. It is a busier city, but our corner in the colony is actually pretty tucked away. You have to navigate through the residential streets to find the right house number. The area is mostly houses and some small shops. We have been here in the 751016 area for quite a stretch. It’s a convenient spot because we are close to the main parts of the city, but it doesn't feel too crowded right outside our front door. The building itself is an older style, typical for this part of Orissa. We have a few desks and a lot of files stacked up. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see a lot of fancy decorations or modern furniture. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. Usually, the morning starts with the sound of the neighborhood waking up. There is a small park nearby where people walk in the mornings. We try to keep things simple here. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is a festival or a wedding in the colony, but that is just how it is. It feels more like a home-based office than a big industrial site. We like it this way because it’s easy for the staff to get here and it feels comfortable for everyone.
