D-Balk Protech Private Limited

D-Balk Protech Private Limited is based out of Durga Bhawan in the District Center of Chandrasekharpur. If you spend any time in Bhubaneswar, you know that Chandrasekharpur is a major hub for all kinds of different businesses and activities. We are located at Plot No 242. It is a busy building with several other offices nearby, so there is always a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. Our own space is fairly simple and unpretentious. We have a few desks, some chairs, and the usual computers and printers you would expect. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we always have several things happening at once. We do not have any big slogans or fancy posters hanging on the walls to motivate us. We just come in, check our list of what needs to be done, and then we get to it. The team is quite small and we have all worked together for a long time, so we know each other well. We are not big fans of formal meetings; we usually just talk across the room if a problem needs to be sorted out quickly. Being in the District Center is very handy because we are close to almost everything we might need during a typical workday. The building is easy enough to find if you are coming by rickshaw or bike. We have put a lot of work into this place. It is not always easy, but we just try to stay grounded and honest.
