Aecliance Private Limited is situated at Plot No Mig D2 in Pragati Enclave. This is right in Chandrasekharpur, which everyone knows is a pretty busy part of Bhubaneswar these days. The office is in a spot that’s convenient for us, even if the parking around 751016 can be a real pain sometimes. We spend a lot of time at our desks, just like any other office workers. The space inside Mig D2 is divided up into a few rooms where we keep our equipment. It isn't a modern glass building; it's a solid, older style place that keeps the noise out fairly well. We have a small team, and we’ve all gotten used to each other’s habits by now. Some of us like the windows open, others want the AC on. We don't have a big HR department or a floor manager. We just handle our own tasks and help each other out when someone gets stuck. The neighborhood has a lot of little shops, so we never have to go far to find something to eat or some office supplies we forgot to buy. It’s a practical environment for the kind of work we do. We don't pretend to be some huge international firm. We’re just a small group working out of Chandrasekharpur, trying to get through the week and do a decent job.
