Mlt Ecosoft Private Limited is based in Rajgarh, Lakhimpur Kheri, at the home of Manmohan Tiwari. It is a very local setup, and we are not trying to pretend otherwise. Being in this part of Lakhimpur Kheri means we are away from the big city noise. The pace of life here is a bit slower, and we like that. Our office is basically a few rooms set aside for our computers and files. It is not a glass-and-steel building, just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello, or there is some noise from the street, but it does not bother us much. We have been working this way for a while. There are only a few of us, so we all know each other well. We do not have fancy office furniture or a lounge area. We just have what we need to stay productive. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea in the afternoon. It is a very grounded way of doing business. We deal with the local weather and the occasional power cuts just like everyone else around here. It is not a glamorous life, but we take pride in the fact that we are running things from Rajgarh. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is handled correctly. It is a simple operation, run by local people who just want to do a good job without any fuss or corporate talk.
