Green Revolution Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out in Kheri, specifically in Khariyara village. We use Harjindar Singh’s house as our main point of contact which is House No. 01. It is out in the Pasgwan Mohammadi area. We are a group of local farmers who wanted to do something together to make things easier on our farms. The "Green Revolution" part of our name is just about trying to use better farming methods that don't ruin the soil. Most of us have been farming here for our whole lives. We started this company because it gives us more power when we are buying things like fertilizer or selling our grain. Kheri is a big district for farming so there are plenty of us involved. It is a lot of hard work and we are often out in the sun all day. When we meet at Harjindar’s place, it’s usually after the day's work is done and we are tired. We talk about seeds and the rain and how to get the most out of our land without spending too much. It isn't a fancy business with suits. It is just us trying to keep our farms going and looking after our families. There is a lot of trust between us because we are all neighbors and have been for years. We don't use any big words or complicated plans. We just take it day by day and try to improve. It's a slow process but we are sticking with it together.
