We are located in Nai Basti, right over in Lakhimpur. If you find the Syndicate Bank, you’re pretty much there because we are right near it. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the bank is. The shop is usually full of wires and parts scattered around. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. Computers can be a headache sometimes, so there is always something to tinker with on the benches. I’ve spent many nights sitting under the tubelight trying to figure out a problem with a machine. Lakhimpur is a nice enough town, and this part of Nai Basti gets quite a bit of foot traffic during the day. We see a lot of students and office workers passing by. Some stop in just to see what’s new or to ask a quick question. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything. It’s more of a workspace where we get things fixed up. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just have to wait it out. That’s life here. The coffee shop down the street is where I usually go when I need a break from the screen. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. No big corporate rules here, just us doing our best with the tools we have.
