Shroff Computers

We are tucked away in the Shroff Commercial Centre right in the middle of Meena Bazar. It's a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to the layout of the bazaar. Shroff Computers is the name on the door. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. Meena Bazar is always loud and full of energy, so there is never a quiet moment outside our window. Inside, it’s a bit different. We have stacks of keyboards and mouse pads and old hard drives that we keep for parts. It’s a working shop, so don't expect it to look like a showroom. We get a lot of walk-in traffic from people who are already shopping for other things in the commercial centre. Sometimes they just want to know why their computer is making a weird clicking noise. We take a look and see what we can do. It's mostly just me and a couple of others here. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for software to install or for a system to reboot. The lighting in the back room isn't great, but we’ve got good desk lamps. We know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It feels like a little community in the bazaar. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the bench that day. It’s a simple way to earn a living and we like being part of the noise here.
