Shivanya Hotel And Resorts Privatelimited

Out here on Malhor Road, things are changing quite a bit lately. We set up Shivanya Hotel and Resorts on Plot No 7 and 8, right near the Man Kheda Tiraha in Chinhat. It’s a decent sized spot, sitting on the 49A and B land records according to the papers. We aren’t right in the middle of the city noise, which is nice. Usually, it's just us keeping things tidy and waiting for folks to stop by. We have some space for rooms and some outdoor areas for people to sit. Being near Malhori, we get a mix of people coming through for different reasons. It's a family-run kind of thing, even if the name sounds a bit formal on paper. We spend most of our time making sure the grounds look okay and the rooms are ready for whoever shows up. It’s not a five-star place with gold curtains, just a practical spot to stay. The road outside can get a bit dusty during the dry season, but we try to keep the inside clean for everyone. We’ve been working on the buildings for a while now. Some days are slow and we just sit near the entrance, but then a group will show up and we’re running around again. It's a lot of work keeping a place like this going in this part of Lucknow. We just take it day by day and hope people have a decent sleep when they stay.
