You can find Pure Speciality Foods near the Anupam Factory over at Kanjoda Patiya. We are in the village of Salun Talpad, which is part of the Nadiad Taluka. It’s a bit out of the main town, so it’s surrounded by fields and other small workshops. The location is practical for us because there’s enough room for the trucks to turn around. We’ve been operating here for a bit now, focusing on specialty food products. The building is just a plain structure, nothing fancy to see from the road. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and making sure everything is stored correctly. It gets pretty dusty out here, so there is always a bit of cleaning to do in the mornings. We are just a small team of local people. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. If there’s a problem, we just fix it ourselves with whatever tools we have. We started this because we saw a need for these kinds of foods in the local markets around Gujarat. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have big orders to fill.
