Larsen Tubro

We are located out in Kheda, Gujarat, in the 387411 zip code area. It is a bit different from the big city offices because things move a little slower here, which we don't mind at all. Our setup is pretty basic and straightforward. We don't have any of those big glass walls or modern art you see in corporate headquarters. It’s just a solid building where we come to do our jobs every day. The environment in Kheda is more rural and grounded, so you see a lot of local folks going about their business. There is a tea stall nearby that makes the best masala chai, and we go there every morning. We’ve been a part of this community for a while now, just operating under the name Larsen Tubro. Most of our day is spent handling the usual paperwork and keeping things organized. It gets quite dusty around here sometimes, so we are always cleaning the desks, but that’s just part of being in this region. We don’t really have a big staff, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, and we usually end up helping each other out with whatever needs doing. It’s an honest way to work. We don't put on any acts for visitors; what you see is what you get. We just focus on getting the tasks finished so we can get home to our families in the evening. It’s a quiet life, but it’s a good one.
