Feedback Ventures

You can find us over at 40 Mano Har Nagar Soc in Nadiad. It is a quiet residential society where most people know their neighbors. Feedback Ventures has been operating out of this spot in Gujarat for some time now. The street is usually lined with scooters and kids playing outside after school. Our office isn't some high-rise building with glass windows; it’s just part of the local fabric here in the 387001 zip code. We like it this way because it’s comfortable and easy to get to. The mornings are usually the best time here when it’s still cool before the Gujarat sun really starts hitting the pavement. We keep a simple routine and don’t really go for any of that formal corporate stuff you see in the bigger cities. If you’re looking for us, just look for number 40 in the society. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through piles of papers and sitting at our computers. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make chai a couple of times a day. It’s not the kind of place that would impress a big CEO, but it works perfectly for the way we run things. Nadiad is a good place to be, and being part of the Mano Har Nagar community makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were stuck in a crowded metro area with all that noise.
