We are based out in Dakor, which is quite different from being in a big city like Mumbai or Ahmedabad. Our office is near Bharat Bhawan and the Juni Kasturba Ashram Sala. It’s a very specific spot near Dungra Bhagol. Because we are in a temple town, the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed, but our work with oil tanking projects keeps us busy enough. The road outside can get very crowded during festival times when pilgrims are everywhere. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us dealing with project logistics. Shri Sant Prasad Pande is around here, and we all just pitch in to keep things moving. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets quite dusty because of the local roads, so we are always wiping down the desks and the computers. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on project status updates. We aren't a high-tech startup with bean bags. We have plastic chairs and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every ten minutes. It’s a real place where real engineering work gets handled. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. Living and working in Gujarat like this means you get used to the pace. We just focus on the projects and try to make sure everything is handled correctly without any extra fuss or noise.
