Gururaj Tea Shop

We are located at 49/376-8 on Shirur Park Road in the Vidyanagar area. It is a tea shop, so as you can imagine, our days start very early. We have to get everything ready before the morning walkers and the students start heading out. Shirur Park Road is a nice place to be, with a lot of greenery and houses around. People stop by for a quick cup of tea and maybe a biscuit or two. We don't have a big menu; we just focus on making the tea the way people here like it. The shop is quite small, mostly just the counter and a bit of space for people to stand and talk. You will often see a group of regulars standing outside, discussing the news or just catching up on neighborhood gossip. We have been doing this for a while now, and the routine is second nature to us. The stove is always on, and there is usually a pot of tea brewing. It gets a bit crowded during the evening hours when everyone is heading home from work. We don't use any fancy machines or anything. It is just traditional tea made with milk, sugar, and tea leaves. It’s a simple life, and we enjoy the daily interactions with the people who live and work around Vidyanagar. We don't have much indoor seating, but people don't seem to mind standing by the road with their glass. It’s just how we do things.
