Eggs House

We are located in R K Complex, right in the middle of Mota Bazar in Vallabh Vidyanagar. It's a busy area, especially being right opposite the Home Science College. We see a lot of young faces every day. This shop has been part of the market for a bit. We just focus on egg dishes. There’s no secret to it, just keeping things consistent. The market outside is always loud with traffic and people shopping, but inside it’s just about the cooking. We have a few tables where people can sit and eat quickly before heading back to their college or work. Anand is a place where people appreciate good food, so we try to keep up. It gets really hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but we stay at it. We aren't a fancy dining hall. It’s more of a local spot where you come as you are. We’ve seen many batches of students come and go over the years. Some still stop by when they visit the town again. We don't use any special tricks, just eggs and the usual spices. The location is easy to find if you are familiar with the Mota Bazar area. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It’s a simple life running a small shop like this.
