We’re up on the 5th floor of the Shagun Building, which is No. 403. Being on AB Road in Vijay Nagar means there’s always something happening outside. The view from our windows is mostly just other buildings and the tops of cars, but it’s okay. We Value Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. The lift in the Shagun Building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up waiting in the lobby talking to the security guard a lot. Inside our office, it’s mostly just us and a lot of blueprints and site plans. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, though the kettle is starting to act up lately. It’s a quiet place compared to the street below. We spend our mornings going through emails and then usually one of us has to head out to a site. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we’ve added pieces as we needed them over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. It’s just where we come to work. Sometimes the printer jams when we’re in a hurry, which is a bit of a headache, but we fix it and move on. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’ve gotten to know the other people on this floor quite well. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
