You can find Om Computer at Ugf/ 2 in the Sudarshan Complex. We are right on the Mhow- Neemuch Road in Pithampur which is part of District Dhar. Being near the SBI Bank makes it a very easy spot for people to locate. The complex is usually busy with people coming and going for different things. Our shop is on the upper ground floor so you have to walk up a few steps to get to us. It’s not a huge place but we have enough room for our computers and parts. There’s usually a bit of a hum from the machines running all day. We deal with a lot of dust because of the road outside but we try to keep the screens clean. It’s a practical workspace not a showroom. We don’t have fancy lighting or carpeted floors. Most of our day is spent looking at monitors or fixing hardware issues. People from all over Pithampur come by when they have a problem or need something. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to them. We just try to explain things in plain English so they understand. Om Computer is a small local business and we like it that way. We've been in Sudarshan Complex for a good while and we know the other shop owners. It’s a busy life but it’s good to be helpful to the folks who live and work around here.
