Bmi Hr Services

Our office is tucked away in Rr236, which is inside Mmm Hall at the IIT Kharagpur campus. Being on a campus like this makes the atmosphere a bit different from a normal city street. It is mostly students and teachers walking around, and the whole place has a quiet, academic feel to it. We handle HR work here at Bmi Hr Services, which mostly means we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary. The room we are in is simple, just some desks and chairs and the usual office stuff you’d expect. Sometimes it gets a bit busy when a lot of people are looking for work at once, but we manage. Kharagpur can be a bit isolated if you are used to the big cities, but we have everything we need right here. We often have people dropping in to ask questions about paperwork or how to apply for things. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. The winters here are quite nice, though the summers get really hot, and we just keep the fans running all day long. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we have gotten to know the regular faces around the hall. It is a steady way to spend the week, just helping folks find their way into new roles. We don't have a big sign out front, just the room number on the door.
