Anand Traders

Anand Traders is right in the heart of the busy Bombay Bazar. If you go down Katpees Gali, you will find us there. It’s a narrow little lane, and it can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day with all the shoppers and deliveries going back and forth. We are located near Selection Corner, which is a spot most people in this area know well. Our shop isn't anything fancy or modern. It is just a practical space where we have been doing our business for a long time. Every morning we roll up the metal shutters and start the day. You can hear the noise from the main bazar all day long. There’s always someone shouting or a bike horn going off nearby. We have our regulars who come by, and sometimes people just wander in because they saw the name Anand Traders while walking past. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking over it, but it works for us. We don’t have a polished corporate look. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. When the sun starts to set, Katpees Gali gets a bit quieter, and that is when we usually start packing things up. It’s just a normal, everyday life for us here in the market. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
