U Net World

Our shop, U Net World, is located at 5-2-244/D in Musthafa Nagar. We are right in the middle of the urban area here. Most of our work involves setting up internet connections and fixing routers for people nearby. We have a lot of wires and routers sitting on the shelves, along with some old computers we use for testing things. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We spend a lot of time walking through the streets of Musthafa Nagar, pulling cables over rooftops and into people’s windows. Some days are just one problem after another, like a main line getting cut or a modem that refuses to reset. We aren't a big tech company with a call center. If someone has a problem, they usually just call our mobile or walk into the shop. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Sometimes the speed is slow because of things we can't control, and we have to explain that to frustrated customers. We just keep our heads down and keep working. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We don't have any awards or big fancy signs. We just want to make sure the signal is strong enough for people to do what they need to do online. It is a simple job in a crowded city.
