Sri Estates

Sri Estates is up here on the first floor, right on the bypass road near Ntr Circle. It gets quite loud with all the traffic going past, especially since we are so close to the Collectorate Office. Most days, you can see a lot of people heading that way for their paperwork or meetings. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and chairs where we sit to talk about local plots and houses. We spend a good chunk of our morning drinking tea and looking over some printed maps. If you're coming from the main road, you’ll see our sign near the entrance. The stairs are a little narrow and steep, but it’s fine once you get used to it. We have a small fan that rattles a bit when it’s on high, but it keeps the place cool enough. Mostly, it is just us answering the phone and writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops pop in just to chat about the weather or the new construction happening down the street. It’s a busy spot because of the location, but inside it stays pretty relaxed. We usually close up early if there isn’t much happening, or if we have to go out to show a site to someone. It’s been our routine for a while now, just keeping things simple and doing the work that comes our way each day without any fuss.
