Srimanjunadha Real Estate

Our place, Srimanjunadha Real Estate, is located at 110 in Ward 10. We are right near the Sai Baba Temple in the Rail Pet area of Repalle, Guntur. You can usually hear the temple bells from our front door, which is a nice way to start the morning. Repalle is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so we have to be honest in what we do or word gets around the market fast. We deal with all kinds of property, from small houses in Rail Pet to larger bits of land on the outskirts of Guntur. The office is pretty simple, just a desk, a couple of cupboards for the deeds, and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. We spend a lot of time walking around Ward 10, looking at what is for sale or what is being built currently. It is a lot of legwork, but that is the only way to really know what a property is worth. We do not have a website or anything like that; we just use a notebook and our phones to keep track of things. People often stop by after visiting the temple to ask about land prices or just to say hello. It is a relaxed way of doing business, but we still get things done. We have seen the town grow and change over the years, and we have been right here in the middle of it, helping people find a place.
