Rushma Soft Solutions Private Limited

We are out here in Khammam, specifically in the Sai Pratap Nagar area of Edulapuram. Rushma Soft Solutions is based in a house turned into an office, which is pretty common around here. It has got that homey feel, maybe because it actually was a house once. We use the main rooms for our work stations and the kitchen area for breaks. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that squeak a little when you sit down. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it is pretty quiet except for when school lets out. We spend our days working on different tech projects. Sometimes the heat in Khammam gets to be a bit much, but we have our coolers running to keep things manageable. There is always someone coming in or going out to grab snacks from the local shops nearby. We do not really have a dress code; we just wear what works for the weather. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits well. We just try to get the work done on time and avoid making too much of a mess of the place. It is a simple life and a simple way to run a business. We stay focused on the tasks we have and try to keep things moving along steadily every day.
