We’ve been here on Church Road for a while now. Most people know the spot if they walk past the big tree near the corner. It's just a small place where we handle laptop problems and software stuff that gets confusing for folks. Sometimes the shop is a bit cluttered with parts and open machines, but that's just how it is when you're busy fixing things all day. We deal with slow computers or when a screen won't turn on for no reason. People bring in their machines when they’ve spilled coffee or if some update went wrong and they can’t get back into their files. It's mostly just me and a couple of others here. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. You just drop your laptop off, and we tell you what's wrong with it after we take a look. Usually, it takes a few days depending on the parts we need to find. We try to keep it simple and just get the job done so you can get back to your work. Church Road is usually busy, so parking can be a bit of a pain, but we're easy to find once you're on foot. We’ve seen all kinds of laptops over the years, from really old ones to the new ones that are hard to open. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. We don’t really do much advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. Sometimes we even help out with printer issues if we aren't too swamped.
