Hanuman Dall Mill

Hanuman Dall Mill is located at Survey No. 183/Aa in Athukuru Village. We are right by the Tiruvuru 39; 39;X Roads in Madhira. The mill has been a part of this area for quite some time now. It’s a noisy place when the grinders are going, but that is the sound of work being done. We handle a lot of grain throughout the day. The smell of the pulses being processed is something you get used to after a while. Most of us here grew up around these parts, so working at the mill feels pretty normal. We see farmers and transporters coming through the X Roads all the time. The layout of the mill is pretty basic. We have the storage area and then the main processing floor. It gets quite dusty, so we are always sweeping up at the end of the shift. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to the people who come by the gate. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating but that is just how things are here. We focus on getting the dall cleaned and packed so it can get moved out to the markets. It is steady work that keeps us on our feet. The village is quiet otherwise, but our corner stays busy with the machines. We have been working here for years and know the business well.
