Our place is Pharmanza India Private Limited and we are set up at 70/1 Gidc Estate in Kansari. Being in the GIDC area means we are surrounded by other industrial units. It gets a bit noisy and dusty around here sometimes, but that’s just how it is in an industrial estate. We’ve been operating out of Kansari for a while. The facility isn't something you'd see in a magazine, it's a working plant. We have our machines and our storage areas all laid out to be practical. Most of our day is spent making sure the production stays on track. It’s pharma work, so we have to be careful about how we do things. We have a small team of local people who come in every day. The roads in GIDC can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains. But we are used to it by now. We don't really have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see people in work clothes moving around. We just focus on getting the orders filled and keeping things running. It’s hard work and long hours sometimes. Kansari is a quiet enough town outside the estate. We like the location because it’s built for businesses like ours. There's no fluff here, just the work we do every day. We just try to keep up with the schedule and keep the place tidy enough to work in throughout the week.
