Arya Group,Mumbai

We are Arya Group, based in Mumbai but we have this office right here in Barbil. If you know the JMFC Court, you know where we are because we are very close to it. It’s a busy part of Keonjhar district in Orissa. Most days it’s just us doing our thing at A.G. Pujar near the court. The roads get a bit dusty with all the trucks moving around this part of the country. Being part of the Arya Iron & Steel Co. Pvt. Ltd. means we stay quite occupied with the local operations. It is not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything. It is a practical space where work happens. People sometimes struggle to find the exact gate so we tell them to just look for the court first. Barbil is a tough town sometimes, especially with the weather, but it’s where the industry is. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some of the staff have been here for years and they know the local area like the back of their hand. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits. Just a few desks, some files, and people who know how things work in the steel business around here. Life in Orissa has its own pace and we just fit into that. We handle things from this spot and keep in touch with the main group in Mumbai when needed. It works for us.
