Joda Agro-Tech Private Limited

We set up our small operation in Azad Basti, right here in the Joda area. Narmada Pal's place serves as our main base of operations. Joda is mostly known for the mining stuff, but we really wanted to focus our energy on the agro-tech side of things because farming still matters a lot to the people living here. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels and managers. It’s just a few of us working on ways to make local farming a bit more efficient. Sometimes the dust from the nearby mines makes the work tricky, but we just deal with it as it comes. Our office isn't much to look at; it’s basically just a regular house setup where we keep our equipment and talk to folks. We spend a lot of our time out on the ground rather than sitting behind desks. We don't use any of those fancy marketing words to describe what we do. We just try to get the job done and help out the local growers who need it. If someone has a problem with their crops or their gear, they usually just walk through the door and ask for help. That’s the way we like to run things. It’s been an interesting journey so far, and while the days are long and the work is hard, we’re happy to be part of the community here.
