Utility Softtech Private Limited is tucked away at Bv-77 in Baula Vihar. We are located in the Kapaleswar area of Kendrapara. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which suits us just fine. Most of our work involves software, which means we spend a lot of time sitting in front of monitors. The office isn't very big, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have a couple of desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of power strips. Kendrapara is a nice place to live and work because it is not as chaotic as the bigger cities. We know our neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we lose power during a storm, and everything stops, but that is just life here. We do not have a fancy mission statement or a list of core values. We just show up in the morning, do the coding or the support work that is waiting for us, and try to finish before it gets too late. The Baula Vihar area is easy to get around in. We usually walk to the local market if we need anything. We do not really care about being the biggest company; we just want to keep doing what we do without too much fuss. It is a simple operation, run by local people who understand how things work around here. We just try to be practical about everything we do.
