SUNBEAR INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Sunbear Infrastructure is located in the village of Ektala, within the Jagulaipada area. We are based out of a property care of Shri Mahendra Nayak. If you are traveling via Rajkanika in the Kendrapada district, you’ll find us there. It’s a more rural setting than some of the big city firms, and we like it that way. Most of our infrastructure work happens around this region, so being close to the local communities is important. We are a private limited company, but we run things in a very personal way. There isn't a lobby or a receptionist here; it’s just a workspace where we manage our projects. Kendrapada has its own set of challenges when it comes to building and infrastructure, like the landscape and the seasonal weather, but we’ve learned how to work with it over the years. We deal with roads, site preparation, and other foundational work. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing talk. We just focus on the job at hand and make sure our crews know what they are doing. Working out of Ektala gives us a good perspective on what the local area needs. We stay busy with various projects across the district and we’ve built up a lot of local knowledge. It’s just us doing our best with the resources we have and keeping things moving.
