We are located at Mandapara, Po Pattamundai, in the Kendrapara district of Orissa. This is our home base for Sobha Developers Ltd in this region. Being out here means we are very much connected to the local rhythm of life in Kendrapara. Our office is a straightforward space, built more for work than for showing off. We don't have fancy interiors or high-end gadgets. Instead, we have desks piled with project maps and ledgers that keep track of everything we’re doing in the area. The staff here is mostly local, so we speak the language and understand how things work in Pattamundai. It can get quite busy during the peak season, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't use any fancy mission statements or promotional language. We’re just here to do the job of development and construction. Visitors usually find us easily enough by asking for the Mandapara area. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day with people from the town dropping in.
