Dealing with stones and tiles is heavy work, but we've been doing it at this location for some time. The shop is filled with different slabs and samples that we keep out for people to look at. It's not the cleanest place because of all the stone dust, but that is just how it goes with marbles. We handle everything from floor tiles to kitchen slabs. People usually come in with measurements and we try to show them what we have in stock. Sometimes the exact pattern someone wants isn't there, so we have to order it in. It takes a few days for the trucks to arrive. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. You see the stone, you touch it, and you decide if it fits your house. We’ve got a couple of guys who help with the loading because those pieces are really heavy. Moving marble around takes patience so nothing cracks. It’s a straightforward business. We keep the shop open most days of the week. Most of our customers are locals building their first homes or fixing up an old kitchen. It feels good to see the houses in the area getting finished with stuff from our yard.
