Arindam Buildcon (Opc) Private Limited

We are based in Pattamundai, right near the Indian Bank. The office is at Gangadhar Patra’s place. Kendrapara is our home, and we have been working in the construction line around here for quite some time now. It is an OPC, so it is a bit of a smaller operation, which we like because it keeps things manageable for us. We do not have to deal with a lot of board meetings or fancy corporate red tape. When someone needs a building put up or some renovation work done, they just come find us in Pattamundai. We are local people and we hire local workers whenever we can. It helps the community and we know we can trust the guys we work with on the sites. The area near the bank is pretty central, so it is easy for us to get our supplies and meet with people who need work done. We do not use any flashy sales tactics or brochures. Our reputation is just based on the work we have already finished on the houses and shops around the district. Sometimes the weather in Kendrapara makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon season, but we have learned how to plan around it over the years. We take a lot of pride in just being a name that people can call for a job. It is hard work, involving a lot of dust, but it is what we know.
