We have set up shop at Plot No. 83/A, which is part of Survey No. 48 in the S. E. I. E. area of Kattedan. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not familiar with the industrial layout of the place. Kattedan is a busy area with a lot of manufacturing going on in every corner. We make our products here in a fairly standard factory setting. There is not anything glamorous about what we do. It is just a lot of machines, raw materials, and people working hard. We start early when the air is still a bit cool before the sun gets too high. The workday is mostly defined by the sound of the production line running. We do not have any marketing people or a big corporate structure to deal with. It is just us and the work. Sometimes we have issues with the power or a machine breaks down, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it ourselves. That is just part of being in this kind of business. We keep our overhead low and just focus on making things. There is a small area where we keep the finished stock before it gets picked up by the transporters. We do not spend much time talking about our goals or anything like that. We just want to get through the orders and make sure the quality is okay. It is a practical life.
