Our office is located on VIP Road in the Civil Line area of Katni. We are set up at C/O Omprakash Pandey in Town R-2. It is a well-known part of town. The address is a bit long, but once you get here, it’s easy to see where we are. We have been in Katni for quite some time now. The building is a typical one for this area. We share the space and keep things pretty simple inside. There aren't any big logos on the walls or fancy lights. We just have our desks and our equipment. Emperor Career Development Private Limited is the name we use for all the official stuff. Most people just know us as the folks working in Civil Line. We spend our days handling various tasks and talking to people who come by. It’s a busy road outside, so there is always noise from the traffic. We don't mind it much anymore. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy here. If something needs cleaning, we clean it. If a call needs answering, whoever is closest picks it up. It’s a very practical way to run things. We’re just trying to make a living and do a good job while we’re at it. It’s a honest day’s work in a part of Madhya Pradesh we know well. We've been at this for a while and don't see any reason to change it. We just keep going, day after day, and that's enough for us.
