Our office is located in Taja Tola, which is part of Katihar. We operate out of Amita Bharti’s place. It’s not a large building, just a regular house where we handle our business matters. We focus on bio technology, which sounds complicated but for us, it’s just about working with what we have in the local environment. Katihar has its own rhythm, and we try to stick to that. We aren't a big city firm with hundreds of employees. It's a small team, and we all know each other well. Most of our day is spent looking at samples or keeping track of our records. The area around Taja Tola is pretty straightforward, and people mostly know who we are. We started Shiwansh Bio Technology because we wanted to do something useful right here at home. We don't have a glossy brochure or a marketing team. If you come by, you'll probably see us working at a desk or talking about the latest results. It’s practical work. Sometimes the power goes out, or things get delayed, but that’s just how it is here. We do our best to stay organized and keep moving forward with our projects. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we aren't in a huge rush to change everything. We just want to do our bit in the community and keep the business running steadily year after year.
