We are located at Plot No 2 and 3 in the Ideb Industrial Estate. This is in Mahuakhera Gunj, which is a part of Kashipur in the U.S Nagar district. Sri Shandar Snacks has been based here for a long time. We needed two plots because our production lines for snacks take up quite a bit of room. The estate is a busy place with many different factories, so there is always a lot of movement. Inside our unit, you will find large fryers and packaging machines that run for most of the day. The smell of fried savory snacks is quite strong around here. Our staff comes from the local areas in and around Kashipur. We don't have a big, fancy office for visitors. Most of the building is dedicated to the actual work of making and packing the snacks. It can get quite dusty and hot depending on the season, but we just get on with it. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend a few hours getting it back up and running. It is a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a marketing team or any corporate handlers. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it is what we do. We have become a regular part of the industrial community here in Kashipur.
