Tamim Builders and Developers is located on Arwar Road in Manjeshwar. It’s the place of Ibrahim Mubarak Manzil. We are pretty far up north here, and it’s a unique spot to work. We spend our days developing plots and building things for the local community. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us and some regular contractors we trust. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just find us by driving past the office or hearing about us from a neighbor. Manjeshwar is a quiet place, but it's slowly changing with more houses being built. We try to keep things honest and just do the work we promised. Sometimes the paperwork with the local authorities takes forever, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build good houses and buildings that last. The office is just a place to keep our maps and contracts. We are usually out on Arwar Road or somewhere nearby checking on the progress of a site. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and making sure things are being done the way they should be. We’re just local people doing a local job. We like to keep things simple and get the projects finished without too much fuss.
