You can find us at Sree Nilayam, which is right near the Krutha Gate in Nileshwar. It’s a quiet corner of Kasaragod. The office is just a simple building that fits right into the neighborhood. We don't try to stand out too much. Most of the people working here are locals who grew up in the area. We know the shops and the families nearby. Our work involves a lot of routine stuff, keeping track of things and making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't fancy. There are no glass walls or designer chairs. Just sturdy tables and the stuff we need to get through the workday. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes it gets a bit humid, but that’s just Kerala for you. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just use common sense to solve problems as they come up. We’ve been at this for a while, so we have a system that works for us. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We take pride in just doing a solid day’s work without making a big fuss about it. We close up in the evenings and head home like everyone else. It’s an honest way to earn a living. We've been here for years and hope to stay.
