Minma Developments Private Limited

Our company is Minma Developments Private Limited. We are located at House KMC-6-342, which is also known as SL Cottage. It’s right near the Durga High School in Kanhangad. If you know the school, you can’t miss us. We’ve been in this cottage for a while, and it serves as our main office for all our development work. It’s a private limited setup, but it feels more like a small family business because of where we are. Kanhangad is a nice place to work from. We hear the school bells and the kids playing sometimes, which reminds us of the community we are in. Our office isn't some high-tech hub. We have our desks, our files, and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat. We handle developments, which keeps us busy with a lot of local projects. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just let our work speak for itself. Sometimes we’re out on-site, and other times we’re stuck inside SL Cottage doing the accounts or looking over plans. It’s a mix of everything. This part of Kanhangad is where we stay and do our bit. We just focus on getting things done properly. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Kerala, just one that does its job right. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far. Just simple work from a simple cottage house for the community.
