Meethal Builders Private Limited has been around the Erithode Pady area for a good while now. We started this whole thing because we saw how much construction was picking up around Kasaragod and figured we could help out. It is not always easy dealing with the logistics of materials and the unpredictable weather we get here, but we manage somehow. Most of the time, the work is just about getting things done so people have a place to stay or a shop to run. Our office is over at CP III 303B. The area is a pretty quiet spot, which is nice when we need to sit down and sort out the paperwork or look over some site plans. Our workspace is nothing fancy at all, just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some real thinking done. We handle different kinds of building jobs, mostly local ones where we actually know the people and the land we are working on. Being based right here in Kasaragod means we understand the local soil and what kind of structures work for the climate here. We do not try to act like those big city firms that use all those fancy words. We just talk plain English and tell it like it is. People often just stop by the office when they have a question about a project. It is better that way.
