Mah Builders Private Limited

Mah Builders Private Limited is based out of Chengala in Kasaragod. You can find us at Door No-Cgp-19/268, which is inside the M A H Compound. It is a family-run sort of feeling place, and we’ve been here for a good bit of time. The compound is where we keep the machinery and the materials when they aren't being used at a site. Kasaragod is a bit of a different pace compared to the bigger cities down south. The weather is often hot, and the work is slow and steady. We spend our days making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. There is a lot of talk about costs and supplies in our office. We don't have any corporate slogans or mission statements on the walls. It is just a calendar and some maps of the local area. We know the people around Chengala, and they know us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and try to get the projects finished before the next big rain comes through and stops everything.
